Return Policy – Fitzywear

Please note: We do not offer free returns. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Can I return my order?

Yes, you may return your order within 30 days of receiving it, provided that the following conditions are met:

  • The product must be returned complete, including all components and in its original packaging.

  • The product must not show signs of damage caused by improper handling.

  • Hygiene-related items must be thoroughly cleaned before return.

  • The product must be defective upon receipt to be eligible for return.

  • Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.

  • Returns are processed within 7 business days. If all conditions are met, the return will be approved within this period.

We reserve the right to refuse any item that appears used or damaged beyond our responsibility.

How do I return my order?

If your return meets the above conditions, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to Steven.desprets@gmail.com

  2. Include the following information:

    • Your order number

    • Reason for return

    • Photo of the product, if damaged

    • Your full name

    • Your shipping address

Once your request is received, we will send you the correct return address. Do not send the package to the sender’s address.

Right of Withdrawal

As permitted by consumer protection law, customers have the right to withdraw from a purchase made for non-professional use.

Withdrawal period:
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to exercise your right of withdrawal.

Please note that our order process is automated. Once confirmed, orders are processed immediately and cannot be canceled if already shipped. You may return the item after receiving it.

To exercise this right, notify us by email. The withdrawal becomes valid once the returned item is received. Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

Package in Transit

Our products are shipped from Asia. Delivery times may vary. If your order is already in transit, cancellation is not possible. You may inform us of your intention to return the product once received.

Providing proof of return shipment can help speed up the processing of your return.

Refunds

If the right of withdrawal is exercised correctly, we will refund all payments received, excluding shipping costs (and any additional charges related to more expensive delivery options). Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving both your request and the returned item, via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

All returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia, at the customer’s expense.
